Yoga @ Title Nine
Wind down your weekend with yoga at Title Nine! Join our instructor, Cindy for a 1-hour all-levels vinyasa flow set to some excellent tunes. We'll focus on using breath to enhance movement as we creatively transition between yoga poses. Regardless of yoga experience, Cindy's goal for all of her students is to feel strong and grounded. All levels of experience are loved and welcome - please bring your own yoga mat (and any other props you enjoy!) and a bottle of water.
